Prior to joining Stotler Hayes Group in 2020, Luke practiced in the areas of criminal defense litigation and employment and labor law litigation in Indianapolis, Indiana and Nashville, TN where he was a standout in the courtroom. Prior to entering the practice of law Luke served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Frank Addy, Jr. of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
Luke obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law, excelling in the Advocacy Clinic, the Immigration Law Clinic and the Education Law Practicum. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, where he simultaneously was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves.
Luke is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Indiana, as well as South Carolina, in addition to the United States District Courts of the Western and Middle District of Tennessee.
He currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wife, three dogs and two cats.
Perhaps most notably, Luke exhibits his personal integrity by remaining a loyal supporter of the University of Tennessee Football program. When he’s isn’t practicing law, Luke enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time outdoors and refining his culinary art skills.
